With fortnightly payments and a 3-month initial commitment, they offer a lower per-class price than casual bookings or class packs, making regular Pilates more accessible and sustainable. Whether you’re looking for one dedicated class each week or a more frequent routine, there is a membership option to support your goals.

Class Packs
Group Reformer
Our Group Reformer classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with more confidence in a supportive small group setting. With guidance from your instructor and a focus on control, technique, and progression, these sessions are suitable for a range of fitness levels, including those who are newer to Pilates or returning to exercise.

Includes access to Group Reformer, Slow Flow, Barre Tower and Stretch & Restore classes.Â
Private SOLO
Private SOLO sessions offer fully personalised Pilates tailored to your body, goals, and movement needs. These one on one appointments are ideal if you want focused support, are managing injury concerns, are new to Pilates, or simply prefer a more individualised experience with close instructor guidance.
Private DUO
Private DUO sessions are a personalised Pilates experience for two people training together. These sessions are ideal for friends, partners, or family members who want more individual attention than a group class while still sharing the session. Each class can be tailored to suit both participants, making it a supportive and flexible option.
Private TRIO
Private TRIO sessions are a semi private Pilates option for three people who want a more personalised experience in a small shared setting. These sessions offer a balance between individual guidance and the energy of training together, making them a great choice for friends or small groups with similar goals.
