Private Pilates Appointments

Our Private Pilates Appointments offer a more tailored way to move, with 1:1, duo, trio, and quad sessions designed around your individual needs, goals, and pace.

Ideal for those wanting a more personalised experience, these sessions provide greater attention to technique, targeted support, and a program shaped specifically to your body. Whether your focus is strength, mobility, rehabilitation, or building confidence in movement, private appointments create the space to move in a way that feels supportive, intentional, and effective.

We also offer larger private group bookings for 5 or more, which include exclusive access to the full studio. This is an ideal option for sporting teams, corporate groups, emergency services, Defence Force sections, and other private groups wanting to train together. You pay for 5 and gain access to all 9 reformers, making it a flexible and cost-effective way to enjoy a private studio experience.
